How to create a letter head in detail!

To create a letter header the first thing you will need to do is click the No Spacing in the Styles gallery to have no spacing to the current paragraph. The next thing you will do is click the Change Styles button that is on the Home tab to display the Change Styles menu, and then point to Colors on the Change Styles menu to display the Colors gallery. You will click the Urban or any color you would like in the Colors gallery to change the document theme colors. Then type your name in the document. Then you move the mouse and select the name you typed in. Then you move the mouse pointer into the transparent Mini toolbar then repeatedly click the Grow Font button in the Mini Toolbar until you would like the font size to be. Then in the Mini Toolbar you click the Font Color button arrow to display the Font Color gallery. Click the color you would want it to be. Then deselect the text and position the insertion point on lint 2 of the document. Then with the insertion point on line 2 click Insert on the Ribbon. Then click the Clip Art to display the Clip Art task pane. Then pick a picture then click on it to display. Then you go to format tab to display the size dialog box. Then in the scale area triple click the height text box to select it. Then type 35 and then press the Tab key to display 35% in the Height and Width text box and re size the selected graphic to 35 percent of its original size or you could put what ever size you would like it to be.Then you can close it by clicking the close button. Then with the graphic still selected click the Recolor button on the Format tab to display the Recolor gallery.Click which ever color you would like to change the color of the selected graphic in the document window. With the graphic still selected click the Recolor button on the Format tab to display the Recolor gallery. Then click Set Transparent Color in the Recolor gallery to display a pen mouse pointer. Then position the pen mouse pointer in the graphic where you want to make the color transparent. Then press the END key to deselect the graphic and move the insertion point to the end of the line, which is between the graphic and the paragraph mark. With the insertion point positioned between mark and the graphic, click the Paragraph Dialog Box Launcher to display the Paragraph dialog box. Then click the Tabs button in the Paragraph dialog box to display the Tabs Dialog box. Type 6.5 in the Tab stop position text box. Then click right in the Alignment area to specify alignment for text at the tab stop.Click the Set button in the Tabs dialog box to set a right aligned custom tab stop. Click the OK button to place a right tab marker at the 6.5" mark on the ruler.Then click the font color. Then with the insertion point positioned between the graphic and the paragraph mark press the TAB key to move the insertion point to 6.5" mark on the ruler.Then type the street address then the city then the phone number then the e-mail. Then with the insertion point click the border button arrow on the Home tab to display the Border gallery. Then click the Bottom Border in the Border gallery to place a border below the paragraph containing the insertion point. With the insertion point between e-mail address and paragraph mark press the Enter key. Click the Clear Formatting button on the Home Tab to apply the Normal style to the location of the insertion point.Right click the hyperlink then click on Remove Hyperlink. Position the pointer on the paragraph mark below the border.
